Sesame Street the Musical is suitable for ages 3+, but has something for fans of all ages to enjoy.

GOLD - VIP Tickets include a commemorative program book, activity pack, drawstring bag, lanyard, and Honker photo op ($65 value). SILVER - Premium Tickets include an activity pack and drawstring bag ($20 value).

All children over 12 months require their own ticket. If your child is under 12 months they will be able to sit in your lap. For insurance purposes, there is a lap seat fee of $5 plus a $1 facility fee, which can be purchased at the BOX OFFICE just before you enter the theater.

There are quiet areas in the lobby and in the foyer where you and your child can relax outside of the theater. Our House Management team will help with entering and exiting the theater.

The taking of photos, audio, or video recordings is not allowed during the performance. There are fun photo opportunities before the show in the lobby, and you will be allowed to take photos of all of your Sesame Street friends during their bows at the end of the show.

Yes, there are ADA seats held in the theater and the theater is completely wheelchair accessible. There are minimal steps into the theater from the sidewalk, but there is a ramp located to the east side of the theater.

The lobby at Theater 555 is small and unfortunately cannot accommodate stroller parking. Please leave your strollers at home. Rockefeller Productions and Theater 555 are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left unattended at the theater.

No food or drink is permitted in the theater. Water is available for purchase in the lobby before and after the performance.

Our House Management team will let you and your family in at a safe time to do so during the show. It is possible you will have to sit in seats other than the ones you purchased so as to not interrupt other families that have already been seated.
